About GIPAN
GIPAN is the Grassroots Information and Policy Awareness Network. The website provides explanatory public-policy and civic information, links to official sources, update preferences and channels for community participation.
Informational purpose
GIPAN content is provided for general information and public awareness. It does not replace official government documents, and it is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Where accuracy is critical, users should consult the official source and appropriate qualified professionals.
Official sources and external sites
GIPAN links to government agencies, regulators and other external sources. A link does not mean GIPAN controls or guarantees the availability, security or content of the external site.
Accuracy and corrections
We aim to present source-linked information accurately and clearly. Public policies can change, documents can be updated and errors can occur. GIPAN may revise, correct or remove content when appropriate. Material concerns can be submitted through the Contact or Participate pages.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, civic and organisational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use GIPAN forms to transmit unlawful or abusive content.
Subscriptions and messages
If you request GIPAN updates, you are responsible for providing contact information you are authorised to use. You may withdraw consent or ask to stop receiving updates. Delivery channels such as email, SMS or WhatsApp depend on the providers and preferences made available by GIPAN.

GIPANâs original website design, branding and original explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Government documents and third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. Source links and attribution do not transfer ownership to GIPAN.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
